My friend Jeff helped me paint the place factory-white, everywhere except the bathrooms. I prepped the subfloor for new flooring. In the process, I had the original tile tested for asbestos which thankfully came back negative. I replaced the switches and outlets with CO/ARL rated ones. I demo'd the trashed bathroom. I replaced the four sets of missing blinds, matching the 5 sets that were still there and in good enough repair to keep, at least for now. And I got a new heat pump installed.

On the outside, I did a bunch of long-neglected pruning.

All in all, progress is slow but sporadic. :)
